We’re looking for a new Digital Content and Marketing Executive to join us! 

Towards Maturity is a research company, founded in 2003. As part of Emerald Group, we provide independent, expert advice and support to help people professionals drive learning innovation that delivers business impact.

We’ve got a fantastic new opportunity for a creative and innovative individual to join our London team and help to develop and grow our digital presence!

With a digital marketing background, you will understand how to target specific audiences through campaign and event mailshots, ensuring that the content is exciting and enticing to the reader. You’ll be able to review data analytics and devise improvements to increase conversion rates. With a passion for marketing, you’ll manage the WordPress website, creating pages and improving the user experience, ensuring that we are constantly increasing the traffic to the website and converting visitors into future customers. You’ll demonstrate your understanding of SEO, ensuring that all content is optimised to ensure our branding is quickly found by potential customers. As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will be social-media savvy and will develop high impact initiatives to positively promote the company across all avenues including blogs and news posts, mewsletters, articles, company pages and profiles.

We are looking for a passionate, lateral thinker with experience in digital content creation and email marketing. You’ll have an excellent language and writing skills and will be comfortable juggling a variety of projects simultaneously. You’ll have knowledge of analytical tools, such as Google analytics / Hotjar and will be accustomed to using SEO tools. With a basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, you will be a creative individual who can help design a variety of event collaterals that are appealing to our audiences. A team player, you will be able to work autonomously and will be able to confidently communicate to both internal and external stakeholders.
