Enabling future-focused L&D providers with global, independent research

Bray Leino Learning joins Towards Maturity’s Ambassador Programme, helping L&D leaders build robust learning cultures with evidence-based research.

London UK, 12 April: As businesses become increasingly fast-paced and global even the most innovative learning professionals are finding themselves under increasing pressure to increase efficiency and deliver business results.

With only 42% reporting an improvement in efficiency (compared to 77% in top performing organisations) Bray Leino Learning, together with Towards Maturity, are steering L&D professionals towards evidence-based research as they educate the industry on how to build robust learning cultures.

Towards Maturity’s 2016 Benchmark Report, Unlocking Potential, identified the importance of culture in relation to success, within an organisation. Today’s learning professionals are looking to not only provide active interventions that improve responsiveness and performance. 9 out of 10 are also looking to support the way that the organisation continues to learn for itself.

Bray Leino Learning, part of the Bray Leino group, has joined the Towards Maturity Ambassador Programme in order to help push the supplier side of the industry forward with data-driven thinking.  Using the Towards Maturity research they ensure their service, specialising in blended learning and creating learner engagement, continues to develop in line with their vision for the future of learning.

Laura Overton, Founder and CEO of Towards Maturity commented,

“As our Ambassador Programme grows so does the provision of our research and free annual benchmark.  We’re delighted to welcome Bray Leino Learning, with our shared values of innovation and excellence, together we can ensure more learning teams have access to credible data that helps them build a business case and unlock potential.”

Commenting on the collaboration, Stephanie Morgan, Director of Learning Solutions, Bray Leino Learning said:

“Bray Leino Learning are nothing if not pragmatic – when we work with our clients, we cut straight to the chase and address the real issues.
