Press: Towards Maturity’s Global Ambassador Programme goes from strength to strength

Skillsoft, DPG Global and GoodPractice join an elite group of industry leaders supporting independent L&D benchmarking around the globe.

London 15th January 2015: Three leading learning and development providers have joined the Towards Maturity Ambassador Programme as part of a unique collaboration of industry leaders. Skillsoft, DPG plc and GoodPractice are the latest members to join the programme of 24 Ambassadors who are committed to support the sharing of effective practices and the professionalisation of the L&D Industry.

In its 11th year, The Towards Maturity Benchmark is an internationally recognised longitudinal study looking at the impact of learning innovation on business transformation. The independent research continuously surveys and studies how people learn at work identifying the effective learning approaches that deliver bottom line business results. To date, over 3,500 organisations and 15,000+ learners have helped to shape the benchmark which now reaches 45 countries. The Benchmark is used by L&D professionals around the globe to set strategy and improve performance. This independent industry research and personalised benchmark feedback is freely available thanks to the ongoing support of the Ambassador programme.

The three newest Ambassadors each share the core values of the members of the group:

They also bring different perspectives to the diverse group of Industry leaders supporting the benchmark activity.
