Over 150 personalised benchmark reports have now been sent out to organisations who have taken part in the Towards Maturity Benchmark survey and the process of taking part is really paying off.

Organisations across a range of sectors have been taking part during the last few weeks and its not too late to join in ( here).
These are just some of the comments we have received from those who recieved their reports recently:

  • I just wanted to say thank you very much for this report, it’s definitely come at the right time for us and will help support our development; it’s really good to know where we are in relation to other organisations too.’
  • I wanted to say how impressed I was with your benchmark report and how much I appreciated the links to the independent resources as a next step.
  • Thanks for this!   It seems that we have a few areas that need addressing but overall we are doing OK. I really do like the independent links , they are worth a read!!!!
  • Thanks. I wasn’t quite sure how this would look as a personalized report so I’m pleasantly surprised.
  • I liked the fact that this provided us with useful feedback in such a succinct way
  • it has highlighted how far we have to go.
  • This has been a salutary reminder of how much more we could be doing…

The 2008 review is aimed at those implementing learning technologies for staff in their own workplace. The review will be closing on the 28th of November and everyone who completes it will receive their benchmark report before Christmas!

You can start the review here – ( if you have already started but not finished, just click on the link from the same PC and it will take you back where you left off)

By popular demand, the 2019 Learning Health Check season has now been extended until Monday 16th September. There is still enough time to complete your review and revisiting regularly can also help learning professionals to measure progress year on year, highlight areas where improvement is needed and provide evidence to build a business case for change.

We all have blind spots, why does being aware of yours add value?

When it comes to organisational culture, performance and learning, blind spots (or as they are often referred to ‘not seeing the light’) are usually found at the root of most of our problems with work today. These problems shape our day to day conversations, thinking, mood, judgement, decisions-making, or fundamental lack of them. These issues can make or break your workplace experience.

Going Beyond Ticking the Box

With 56% of organisations reporting that a lack of learner engagement is hindering the success of compliance within the business, it is clear that something needs to be done to highlight the value of these programmes to learners in order for them to engage with the content and retain the information.
