- Organisations who want to learn from other ' s mistakes rather than make their own
The Programme consists of:
- A 5 hour Head Start Workshop to provide an overview of good practices based on the Towards Maturity Benchmark and application of the benchmark to your organisation to agree appropriate actions resulting from your TM Benchmark.
- Ongoing 24x7 online support from the online Towards Maturity Benchmarking Centre to help you implement your tailored action plan
- Tailored recommendations for ongoing development.
The in house workshop can be attended by you and up to 9 of your colleagues as part of your planning and strategy activities
