Over 50 L&D practitioners gathered together to explore ways to make the most of your learning without reinventing the wheel.

This included recycling the same piece of content on multiple devices, finding ways to make better use of learners’ time and using case studies and marketing techniques to engage learners.

Throughout the interactive session we combined the experiences and lessons learned from top learning companies from the Towards Maturity Benchmark, together with the collective wisdom of the workshop participants.

As a result of crowdsourcing on the day, we are able to provide hints and tips for:

  • How to align learning more effectively
  • How to personalise the learning experience
  • How to design to engage
  • How to support the transfer of learning
  • How to deliver more efficiency
  • How to engage learners

Case studies from PwC, Civil Service Learning and BA were also included.

The NEW white paper from this event highlights some of the practical solutions discussed so if you missed the event, then do download this free resource below!
